The Founder Late Shri Kanwari lal ji, Shantilal Ji and Hukmi Chand Ji Jain was a small-time farmer, commission agent and trader in cloths, grain merchants, spices from a village called Merta near Ajmer Rajasthan. Merta is a small town (in terms of population and volume of transactions) market situated in the state of Rajasthan.

They laid foundation to JAIN TRADING COMPANY in 1980 and was doing small Trading and commission business in Merta. The market was very small and difficult to cater. During 1980 industrialization and growth were obstructed by politics and patronage but Hard work and patience paid during the process.

The business concept was simple buy from local farmers after buying from farmers sale it to commission agent, and wholesaler. With the debut of Mr. Jai Kumar Jain in the family business, expanded its ventures in Rajasthan and outside Rajasthan. And to match the rising demands, Mr. Jai Kumar Jain laid foundation to JAIN TRADER as General Merchant and Commission agent in the year of 2001 in Unjha (Largest Spices Market Of INDIA) Gujarat INDIA.
