The Founder Late Shri Kanwari lal ji, Shantilal Ji and Hukmi Chand Ji Jain was a small-time farmer, commission agent and trader in cloths, grain merchants, spices from a village called Merta near Ajmer Rajasthan. Merta is a small town (in terms of population and volume of transactions) market situated in the state of Rajasthan. The market was very small and difficult to cater. During 1980 industrialization and growth were obstructed by politics and patronage but Hard work and patience paid during the process.
